An Anne Arundel County judge has blocked the County Executive’s Executive Order to prohibit indoor and outdoor dining at Anne Arundel County restaurants. Under the judge’s order, restaurants can continue to serve indoors at 25% capacity and outdoors at 50% capacity until December 28, the date of the next hearing. This order is in response to a motion filed Tuesday evening by a group of restaurant owners to allow restaurants to continue to serve patrons.

All other provisions of the Executive Order remain in effect.
