Chanel Branch, daughter of House Majority Whip Talmadge Branch, was sworn into the House of Delegates this week representing District 45 serving Baltimore City. Branch is the director of Support Operations for Strategy and Administration for the Maryland Department of Human Services. She will serve on the House Ways and Means Committee.
