Delegate Barbara Frush has announced that she will not run for re-election and instead serve as co-chair of the steering committee for Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker III’s gubernatorial campaign. Delegate Frush represents District 21, which includes parts of Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties. She has served in the General Assembly for 24 years.
