Senate President Nominee Bill Ferguson announced his senate leadership team and committee assignments last week. The Senate Finance Committee is the only committee that will not see changes in both the Chair and Vice Chair positions. Senator Delores Kelley will continue to serve as Chair and Senator Brian Feldman will continue to serve as Vice-Chair.
Leadership for the other Senate standing committees is as follows:
Budget and Taxation Committee – Senator Guy Guzzone will serve as Chair and Senator Jim Rosapepe will serve as Vice-Chair.
Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee – Senator Paul Pinksy will continue to serve as Chair and Senator Cheryl Kagan will serve as Vice-Chair.
Judicial Proceedings Committee – Senator Will Smith will serve as Chair and Senator Jeff Waldstreicher will serve as Vice-Chair.
