Yesterday evening the Maryland Government Relations Association (MGRA) held their annual awards reception. The MGRA announced the award winners for the George N. Manis Lifetime Achievement Award, an award named in honor of our firm’s co-founder George N. Manis.
MGRA recognizes honorees for their “exemplary contributions and career in government relations in Maryland.” Furthermore, this award is “given to individuals who have truly distinguished themselves in their profession and will serve to inspire others in the field to achieve this level of professionalism and impact on state policy.” Manis, Canning & Associates would like to congratulate this year’s award winners Pam Metz Kasemeyer and Patrick John “P.J.” Hogan on this well-deserved recognition!
