Matthew Clark, Governor Hogan’s former Communications Director, is rejoining the Administration as the Governor’s Chief of Staff effective August 15. Mr. Clark is replacing Sam Malhotra who has served as Chief of Staff since October 2016. Mr. Malhotra, who is returning to the private sector, also served as Secretary of the Department of Human Resources.
