The Baltimore Sun Media and the University of Baltimore conducted a poll of 562 likely Democratic primary voters and 428 likely Republican primary voters by telephone and online May 27 through June 2. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.1 percentage points for Democrats and plus or minus 4.7 percentage points for Republicans.
The poll showed Congressman Anthony Brown leading Judge Katie Curran O’Malley in the Democratic primary race for Attorney General by 13%. Of those surveyed, 42% support Congressman Brown, 29% support Judge O’Malley, 27% were undecided, and 1% indicated that they were voting for someone else.
In the Republican primary race for Attorney General, the poll showed candidate Michael Anthony Peroutka leading Jim Shalleck by 1%. Of those surveyed, 19% support Peroutka, 18% support Shalleck, 63% were undecided, and 1% indicated that they were voting for someone else.
