Governor Hogan appointed Hagerstown City Council Member Paul Corderman to the Maryland House of Delegates to replace Delegate Brett Wilson, who was recently appointed to the Circuit Court for Washington County. Mr. Corderman, a lifelong resident of Washington County, will represent legislative district 2B.
