Sheila Ruth was recently sworn into the House of Delegates representing District 44B in Baltimore County. Ruth is a longtime Baltimore County activist who previously ran for Baltimore County Council. She is vice president of the Cybils Awards, a non-profit children’s book award.
Ruth will serve on the House Environment and Transportation Committee.
